VejerLuz - DEPOSIT

A refundable deposit of 100 euros per week must be made to confirm the booking.  The full fee must be paid a month before the start date of occupation or when booking if later.  If the full fee is not received by the due date the booking will be deemed cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

The deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled up to a month before the start date - and in addition:

-          25% of the fee if cancelled up to three weeks before

-          50% of the fee if cancelled up to two weeks before

-          75% of the fee if cancelled up to one week before

-         100% of the fee if cancelled the last week before

For daily occupancy both deposit and full fee must be paid to confirm the booking.

The deposit will be returned on receipt of a satisfactory property inspection report after departure.
